Description
The Rajhans Abrasives Combi Interleaved Wheel VF (Very Fine) combines the cutting action of abrasive cloth flaps with the finishing capability of non-woven abrasive material. This unique interleaved construction provides excellent stock removal while simultaneously refining the surface, reducing finishing steps and improving productivity.
Designed for industrial metal finishing applications, the wheel produces uniform satin, hairline and decorative finishes while minimizing heat generation and material loading. The flexible abrasive structure conforms to workpiece contours, making it ideal for flat, curved and irregular surfaces.
The Very Fine (VF) grade is especially suitable for final finishing, surface conditioning, weld blending, scratch removal and preparation before buffing or mirror polishing operations.
